I included 20 minutes of yoga, if you feel like skipping it, class is exactly an hour. Although, the stretches I included are pretty essential for this type of movement in order to prevent potential strain or injury.
I was informed after class that some of the music started to get a little bit crackly, so I apologize in advance. I’m still working out a few final audio kinks and hoping to invest in a higher quality sound system before too long. As this community grows, things like that become more realistic. Baby steps 🙂
