This class is geared towards gentle realignment, and I targeted all of those infamous crunchy areas (IT band, joints, psoas, sciatic, lower back, upper back, shoulders and neck) with softening techniques while promoting circulation with the water mudra.

You will need blocks / pillow /blanket, smudge (a candle you’re working with if you have one) and a nice hot cup of tea.
